Money order MUST be obtained at your at the POST OFFICE within the USA- no where else. Instructions below. Go clear to the credit card page. Stop and shut down there. I'll get a copy called a "Pending Order" and email you as soon as I can. You will then see the invoice number, amounts etc. Put that invoice # number on the money order and mail it. When Money Order arrives. we'll ship.
We ONLY accept money orders obtained at the United States Post Office and NO OTHER SOURCE.
If there is an increase in costs, we'll wait until you can send the difference. If payment made by Money Order for any item that is out-of-stock you will have a credit voucher to be used the next time you order. You may also request the credit balance be refunded with a self addressed stamped envelope.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES VERY STRICTLY:

  1. Place all items you wish to order in "shopping cart" - Print the contents.
  2. Select proper method of shipment: UPS Ground etc., (This gives an estimated shipping total - see shipping cost on the CHECKOUT BUTTON).

  1. Click "CHECKOUT"...takes you to the credit card page. THATS ALL! Your order has sent.
  2. Stop here, shut down without filling anything in. SUGARCRAFT WILL HAVE BEEN SENT YOUR ORDER. We will reply with a copy of your order that day or the following workday, including final costs. Reply to the email copy of your order that you will be sending a POST OFFICE money order. We will save this in a special file to wait for the MO to arrive.
  3. INCLUDE a copy of the one we emailed you, with the money order showing the invoice number assigned. We will retain this order for 2-3 weeks and delete if no MO arrives.

You may Mail your order along with payment made by Visa, Master card, Discover Card. NO Personal Checks will be accepted. Please check your email regularly. If there are problems concerning your credit card, products, prices, or shipping costs our staff may phone or email you before processing the order. Your order will be placed on HOLD to await your reply.

* I wish you had seen the special on TV the other night concerning how much safer and the less fraud there is with charge cards than with any other medium of payment. The charge card company will even go to bat for you if someone does try to deceive you. Most of the time the media try their best to play up the danger of charge cards but this time they admitted charge cards are the very safest payment method for ordering over the web. They reported that there is less fraud on the web than any other place. It is just as easy to have your credit card stolen nearby - maybe more so. Crooks steal if they get the opportunity. That is a fact of life.
   Our shopping cart IS secure and only reputable people see your credit card information at Sugarcraft. It is FAR most dangerous to phone us with this information on a cell or cordless phone. Do you know there are scanners who browse and activate when you use your phone? All phone conversations can be listened in on! We have offered you the above Money Order option out of courtesy, but secure credit card payment is far the safest.
