Royal Icing
2 cups confectioner's sugar
mixed with 2 1/2 TBSPS Meringue
Powder
1/4 cup water, or enough to make
desired consistency
Add water and beat on low speed to
mix, then 7-8 minutes until icing stands in peaks. Add more water if too
stiff.
