Our shipperr emails tracking information after your order ships. Or you can track from sugarcraft.com
In case of problems, make sure we haven't left a voice mail at the ph# you provided.
For me to check, I will need copy of original order with products ordered. NOT the APPROVED email.
NOTE: For International orders: USPS notifies you when shipped. Email mail@sugarcraft.com for tracking after 10 days.
