Use gumdrops, peanuts, candies, fresh mint sprigs along with dinosaur-shaped cookies to create a prehistoric forest on the top of your cake. Malted milk ball "boulders" trim the base.
Our Dinosaur Cookie and Candy Making Kit lets you make 50 to 75 prehistoric candies and oodles of cookiesaurus treats.
For cookie making, you receive
five dinosaur cutters* ranging in size from 4 to 7 inches long. Use your
favorite recipe to make dinosaur shaped cookies. Then use those cookies,
along with candies and nuts, to decorate a purchased cake with a prehistoric
forest of pebbles, rocks, boulders, and plants.
NOTE: The cutters in the picture
are no longer available from the manufacturer and we have substituted ones
that are available. They are slightly different.
For candy making, you receive
28 ounces of meltable candy wafers (16 ounces of vanilla-flavored, dinosaur
green wafers; 6 ounces of milk chocolate wafers; and 2 ounces each of vanilla-flavored
white, yellow, and blue wafers). In addition you receive two reusable plastic
dinosaur molds, 2 3/4 ounces of Toffee candy crunch (for dinosaur lumps
and bumps/looks like rocks), 6 lollipop sticks, 12 goody bags and 12 twist
ties. Instructions included or below.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Bake Dino cookies of choice
Bake a 10" 2-layer cake. (Each pan
holds 1 cake mix or recipe).
Ice cake using Caramel
Icing
Put cookies into place using a small
amount of buttercream icing
Spread Toffee
Crunch on for a 'rock path'
For 'boulders' we have used colorful
gumdrops.
Cashews were spread beside the path
and among the gumdrops
Mint or other safe non-poisonous
sprigs may be used for background. Add these last.
For the bottom border, pipe tip
21 white buttercream shells then add malted milk balls. If you can't make
shells, simply add globs of buttercream icing for the m. milk balls to
adhere to.
We used spaghetti for background

To make your party complete, use
the chocolate molds and melted chocolate to make wonderful dino lollipops!
Refer to your brochure included
for melting chocolate.
Melt the various chocolate flavors
or colors separately as desired.
Divide your goodies into 12 party bags.
