CAKE SIZES: 14x4, 10x4 and 6x4 inch SERVES: 150

Supplies Needed:
Ornament
Gumpaste roses:  - Some are medium and some are medium/large *may need to be special ordered!
Black hats
Gold horseshoes #P1910* Gold
Drop flowers
Gold pearls
Gold ruffle comes in:  tuk n ruffle
Smocking rolling pin.#43-081BW for icing texture
Gumpaste Autumn leaves - multi colors
IVORY PLATES by Bakery Craft's; 1/ each of 8" & 12"
2/sets PILLARS by Bakery Craft's push-through, No dowels needed for support!
TIP: For pillar placement: Ice the cake then crease the icing using the plate for the cake above and insert pillars in the marks
18" MASONITE CAKE BOARD: Cover the masonite with contact paper back & front. Then I cover the top with Fanci foil, securing with masking tape.
TIPS:
Bottom Border: tip #32
Top Border: tip #19
Garlands on sides: Bottom garland tip #18, top garland tip #16
Stringwork on garland: tip #3

Obtain locally:
Rope for bows etc. (each garland must be cut...doesn't bend very well)
Dried baby's breath (one or two  is enough)
Find 'wheat' in a craft store

DECORATIONS:
Use ivory food coloring and add brown for this color.
FOR TEXTURE: The one shown is not available. I used our Smocking rolling pin above  - wait for icing to crust just enough that the roller won't stick to the icing, then roll all the way areound. Its best if the cake is on a turntable. DO NOT wait for icing to crust too long. Just 10-15 minutes depending on icing consistency (stiff or thin) or the humidity.

TIPS:
Add gold pearls before bottom border dries!
Insert a piece of our covered florist wire to the bows so you can insert them.
