The inset decoration is probably Chocolate Clay painted using Gold Highlighter dust.

The 'rope' border is gold Fondant
.
The 'fence' can be fondant OR
buttercream icing using tip 48
The cake is placed on a mirror. She
may have added chocolate clay roping
to the cake top. The cake top may be
obsolete. We carry all available, below
