I made this cake for Bakery Craft for their catalog many years ago
CAKE Sizes:
Center cakes: heart
pans used: 14, 12, 10, 8, 6 inch, two layer each
NOTE that pans available now are sizes 6, 9, 12, 15 inch only
Side cakes: 12 and 8 inch, two layer each
NEEDED
Heart
Plates are Bakery Craft's 13, 11, 9, 7 inch (Plate should be one-inch
larger than the cake placed on each.)
Pillars
shown are Bakery Craft's 9" (or 3" if using 2-plate system)
#846 Red
Bell ornament (on side cakes)
available in many colors: white, pink,
yellow, blue, lavender, apricot, aqua, red
Top ornament no longer available. I suggest #2505
- even prettier!

#MMB-3 for between tiers.

DECORATIONS:
Roses: Make ahead of buttercream. Let crust uncovered for 2-3 days.
Roses are white, striped maroon.

Cake Workbook" - make ahead of royal icing and let dry overnight.
