Cake shown are a 12", 9" and 7" x 3" double layer, pastry filed.

  1. Ice and cover cakes with a marbled mixture of Rolled Fondant and Pastel Blue Choco-Pan #2PB.
  2. Place on Gold 16 inch Cake Drum #FT-90516 with dowel support.
  3. Pipe tip 86 buttercream icing shell bottom border.
  4. Ice and cover a standard cupcake with brown rolled Fondant, scribing sides. Place on top of cake.
  5. Insert bamboo roof, torch candles, bush pick, small palm trees, signs and surf board from our Coconut Beach Cabana Cake Kit #46671.
  6. Insert large palm trees #P-1681 behind tiki bar.
  7. Pipe icing and sprinkle on Magic Rocks #9642 around tiki bar.
  8. Add Flip Flop sugars #43344 with dots of icing (2 pairs only).
  9. Add our Edible Pearls #PD-8 with dots of icing to sides of cakes (don't forget to use a few inside the clam sea shells.
  10. Insert wired Gumpaste Australian Cymbidium Orchids with pink shading; three #GAC366 and one #GAC266.
  11. Add Sea Shells #GSC111AS-BR with dots of icing saving the larger shells for around the cake on table.
Set the table:
  1. Add a 12 x 12 x 2 inch fake cake square #FKSQ12122 to center of table.
  2. Cover with our Satin Drape #SUS-DP layerd with store bought fishermen's net.
  3. Center cake and place remaining sea shells around base.
  4. Place flower lies from the Coconut Beach Cabana cake kit behind cake.
  5. The background slat board was a small piece of panelling left over from a remodeling job (husbands never throw anything out - good thing!
