Our Cold Wave Candies are frosty fudgy treats that make ideal place markers at your holiday party. After assembling all the candy parts, add the name using melted candy in a cut parchment bag.
Tools:
8 x 2 in. Square Pan 
Christmas Trees Pretzel Mold 
Shiver Me Snowman Lollipop Mold 
4 in. Lollipop Sticks 
Parchment Triangles or 
Decorator Brush Set 
Waxed paper 
Knife 
Ingredients:
COATING CHOCOLATE: Blue, Orange, Yellow, Red, White,  2 LBs. Light milk chocolate coating
Garden Candy Color Set or use Candy colors
Ready-In-Minutes Cocoa Fudge, recipe below 
Pretzel rods 

Makes: Each candy serves 1.
Techniques Used:
Painting Details in Lollipop Molds 

instructions
Tint portions of melted white candy black, violet and green using candy colors.
Mold snowman lollipop and tree pretzel using painting or piping method.
Refrigerate until firm; unmold.

Prepare Cocoa Fudge recipe (below) and mold in square pan lined with waxed paper.
Refrigerate until firm, 3-4 hours.
Unmold and trim edges evenly with knife.
Cut into 2 x 3 x 1 1/4 in. bars.
Use knife to cut a hole for pretzel.
Trim lollipop stick and pretzel as needed; insert in fudge.
Using melted white candy in cut parchment bag, pipe snowdrifts.

Cocoa Fudge
Cpating chocolate and condensed milk are all you need to make Cocoa Fudge. Serve it cut into traditional squares or cut a variety of festive shapes using cookie cutters. Drizzle melted candy over the top to add a touch of color!

Ingredients:
COATING CHOCOLATE (approximately 4 1/2 cups) Dark Chocolate
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk (not evaporated)
instructions
Melt wafers on low power in microwave-safe container. Add milk; stir until blended. Microwave an additional 2 to 3 minutes on medium power; stir until fudge develops a sheen. Pour mixture into buttered 7 x 11 in. sheet pan and refrigerate until set.
