How to make our edible Sugarcraft
Teddy Bear
Use sugarpaste to make our adorable
Sugarcraft Teddy Bear.
Tools include:
Dust pouch, wet rag, gum glue (gum
arabic and water in a brush bottle, spaghetti.
Modeling tools:
Stitch roller, exacto knife, paint
brush and scallop tool.

Roll balls smooth into 5 appropriate sizes. Body, legs, arms, head and ears. |
Pinch body for arm and leg placements. |
Wipe non-stick board with damp cloth to allow sugarpaste to stick slightly. |
Roll legs into log shape and cut on an angle. |
Bend un-cut ends into feet and pinch heel into shape. |
Add gum glue to cut ends using small brush. |
Add gum glue to the body using small brush. |
Press legs into place adjusting to shape. |
Roll arms, cut on angle and bend slightly. |
Add gum glue to arm cut ends and body. |
Press on arms and adjust to shape. |
Using stitch tool, roll on stitching. |
Insert spaghetti and brush on gum glue. |
Press on head. |
Roll small white ball for snout, brush on gum glue and press in place. |
Roll out ears in log shape then flatten ends. Roll out small white ball for inside ears. Flatten then brush on gum glue and press in place. Cut apart. |
Brush on gum glue and adhere ears to head. |
Add stitch lines to face. |
Using spaghetti, poke eyes. |
Roll small pink nose and adhere with gum glue. |
Use scallop tool to make mouth impressions. |
Roll small white ball, flatten and adhere with gum glue to bottom of feet. How perfect with little effort our Sugarcraft Teddy Bear is to make! |
