All iced with Bettercream
whipped frosting and covered with white SatinIce
Rolled Fondant Icing.
Black stain cloth ribbon 1 1/2 inch
were wrapped around each cake layer base

Lace Strips #GP-LP1 sprayed with Chefmaster

A bubble border using tip 10 was pipped around the base of each cake to secure the lace strips.
Gumpaste Red Formal Roses adorned the tops of each cake. Note that these are the roses without wires. Three #GFR740 flowers with three #GFR540 flowers and six #GFRB365 buds were used on the 12 inch cakes. Three #GFR640 flowers and three #GRF440 flowers were used on the 9 inch cakes. Thirteen #GRF440 flowers were used around the base of the Fireman themed Bridal couple.
Black painted bird ladders connected the cakes to complete the firemen theme.
Electric Fantasy Water Fountain #F7 was centered on the table adorned with #GFR740 flowers. Four candles in votive cups twinkled in the background on Crystal Splendor Tubes.
Fern and #GFRB365 buds filled all tubes for a romantic feel.
A clear heart bridge with a red candle was used between the two 12 inch cakes etched with Jessica and Don's names and wedding date; May 15, 2010 to complete this wonderful design.
The cake top was special ordered.
