Instructions:
Before you start - pipe royal icing
scrolls freehand, tip 5. Allow to dry and paint with gold dust solution.
Place bottom cake on cake drum.
Cake drum should be 4" larger than the bottom cake.
Mark front to allow space for ruffles.
Cake is covered with rolled fondant
ising 10-8-6 inch cakes
Ruffles are all royal icing using
a 124 tip.
Decorations on sides are freehand
using tip 2
Bottom ball border is tip 8
Attach pre-made gold scrolls with
buttercream or royal icing.
