Choose the size box you require below and add the plate charge tag next. Choose stamp placement followed by method you will send your logo. All 4 tag choices are required to place your order. Add special requirements to the "comments box" at the end of this order process.

Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on some sizes/printing. This "quote" will include MOST Logo shapes and designs. As always, printing fees along with all other charges would have to be prepaid in advance. No samples are available. Stock boxes are white. ONE color print. Minimum 3 cases per size. NOTE: TWO color printing have a 5,000 box minimum. No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds.

2. Add PLATE CHARGE per box size - add quantity per size 
$50.00 SEND/EMAIL Illustrator, Coreldraw .eps vector art or Bitmap art. IF NOT plate charge is per hour; to be determined and charged to your credit card. 
3. Add COST PER STAMP, PER BOX: $.21 - minimum 300 boxes shown. You may adjust quantity.

4. MY DESIGN WILL BE SENT BY: please send original art.  Preferred art is Illustrator or Coreldraw .eps vector art. Bitmap art can be used but the results are not as desirable as vector art.

Fax 513-863-4934 an exact copy & size of the design you wish to be reproduced. Artwork will be Fixed, drop ARTWORK to be FIXED tag into shopping cart or your fax will be exactly as it is received. Normally, not very good.
