General directions for baking in anything...
Fill half to three fourths full, no more
Bake a little under 350 deg. (about 325 degrees), 20 minutes is about right I would guess, for small pans. More like 30 minutes for 1-mix pans
Test by pressing your finger lightly in center. If done, cake will spring back up. If not, bake a couple of minutes longer.
Get rid of any 'hump' by laying a towel on just after removing from oven and press gently to flat.
I've never used a glaze. No need if you don't over-bake, making the cake dry and hard.
Now you could even bake in a soup can!
