TIP: If a additional servings are needed, place novelty shaped cake on a 12 x 18 inch sheet cake. The book cake for example is a great idea for Graduation cakes! You may even place the character cake on a cardboard the size of the cake wrapped in foil. Add a piece of plastic wrap on the iced bottom cake so it won't stick. Make an imprint with the cardboard. Then push a few straws into the cake so it doesn't smash. Remove to cut.
