Bundt® is the American name for a German coffee cake that's traditionally baked in an elaborate mold with a center tube for conducting extra heat to the middle of the cake. Beautifully sculpted, the cake needs only a dusting of confectioners' sugar for decoration. Our commercial-quality Bundt® pan is made of heat-responsive cast aluminum to promote even rising, uniform baking and a golden crust. The nonstick interior ensures that cakes turn out perfectly every time. We recommend washing by hand.
