Make the chocolate coins using coating
chocolate and mold #707.
Outline machine and coin return with tip 4.
Outline bar-windows with tip 8; position mini candies on outline.
Pipe handle and ball with tip 8 (smooth ball with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Pipe in touch pads with tip 4. Cover cake with tip 16 stars.
Position candy coin in "slot" and overpipe with tip 16 stars.
Pipe tip 1 balloon strings; add regular size candy-coated chocolates for balloons.
Position regular size candles around jackpot window.
Pipe tip 21 star bottom border.
Print tip 4 "jackpot" and tip 3 birthday message. Position coins in return tray.
