icing for bow. Use beveled cake pans. Cake is iced using buttercream
and smoothed using white tissue. You can mix half gumpaste
and half

for less breakage on the bows. BOW: roll out fondant, loop over and prop
inside with tissues.
Assemble bow.
Make ties. Place on cake with dots of buttercream icing. Bow can be made
ahead or directly on iced cake.
