You need basic knowledge of making icing (or we sell icing).
9x13" cake, plus 1 cupcake = about 1 1/2 cake mixes or recipes
Serves about 15, depending upon how large of servings you need. Serves up to 24 very small pieces.

Food coloring:
Royal Blue (for lighter shade, just don't add as much coloring).
Brown
White
Orange

Ice the entire cake white.
BEFORE ICING CRUSTS: go over the part you see blue with blue icing.
tip 104 to add the orange.
The white stars on the blue part were added with tip #2.
Looks like they used tip 32 for the borders...lay the icing sprinkles on right away before the icing can crust.

It also looks like they used a cupcake on that white section. I don't know what its for - I don't know anything about Buzz. The blue & yellow things are the picks you get in the kit. The brown icing on the white is airbrushed on but you can do it with a small angled spatula too. This is the only picture I have.
