Create the ocean by applying more
icing to one side of a sheet cake and rippling it with a spatula.

Colorings: sky blue, yellow, white, brown

DIRECTIONS

Airbrush the rippled part icing blue,
leaving the tips of the waves white. If you don't own an airbrush, pile
on blue icing, then white and smooth using a brush.

Sand was applied using a spatula.

Use tips to apply the clouds and sunshine
and smooth with spatula.

Add tip #10 swirled border

Sprinkle candies on the border BEFORE
ICING CRUSTS...best done as you go. (sprinkles come in the cake kit)
