RACE CAKES BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat Oven to 325° 
Ovens may vary. If your oven bakes at a higher temperature than its setting, use an oven thermometer or reduce temperature accordingly.

STEP 1
Grease the Stock Car Cake Pan with nonstick spray, Coat the inside of pan with 2 table spoons of flour, Discard any excess.

STEP 2
In large mixing bowl combine Cake Mix Package, 3 Cups of Water and 2 Large Eggs. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.

STEP 3
Pour batter into greased pan. Smooth batter evenly across pan.

STEP 4
Place pan on middle rack of 325° oven and bake for 65 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting tooth pick into deepest part (middle). Toothpick should come out clean. If cake is not done, continue to bake
in 5 minute increments.

STEP 5
Cool in pan for 20 minutes. Carefully turn cake out on to Cake Board and let cool completely, about 1 to 2 hours.

STEP 6
Ice cake with ButterScream™ frosting.

STEP 7
Trim decals and apply to frosted cake.
