Bake a 12 x 18 sheet cake (use 2 to 2 1/2 cake mixes). Ice cake pastel royal blue. Using tip #5 and white icing, make 'foam' on the water. Crush graham crackers and press into the icing for sand. Add gummy fish and Sugarcraft's * Hawaiian Cake Kit including candy rocks, candles, tree and hula figures.
