Cake inst.
PANS: Bake 4 eight inch cake layers (2 cake recipes or mixes)
Put top cake on a foil-covered piece of cardboard.
Put bottom cake on a square cardboard about 3 inches larger than the cake.
Spread icing or filling between layers.
Trim top cake to shape.

Prop lid with a drinking straws:
Insert straw into iced cake. Halve the back straws shorter than the ones out toward the front. Measure and cut straws to a good height.
I would use 4-5 straws to make it sturdy. Bring some of them out about halfway or more.
Airbrish brown. Add brown lines and hinges.
Insert the coins to camouflage the straws.
You could also add edible pearls, shells etc.
Pearls: roll tiny balls of fondant icing into shape and dust using Pearl dust. Inst.
