Airbrush Colors:
Blue - Water
Darker Blue - Wavy lines

Icing Colors: Yellowish Orange - Writing, octopus and dots on borders.
Neon Purple - Borders, Octopus face and shells
Neon Green - Kelp Yellow- Snake in Kelp.
White - Suction cups.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Airbrush water blue.
2. Airbrush waves with darker blue.
3. Pipe octopus with an open coupler. Body is made with one large tear drop and five arms attached.
4. Pipe face.
5. Pipe suction cups.
6. Pipe kelp.
7. Pipe snake and star.
8. Pipe borders and shells by kelp.
9. Pipe dots in between shells on borders.

11. Place figures on cake.
