I will give you directions that assume you do not have an airbrush. If you do have one,  I'm sure you know how easy it is to color over with it.

BEFORE ICING CRUSTS:

  1. Spread blue icing water...TIP: Mix and spread blue piping gel on for realistic water!
  2. Add dots of green & and brown icing and pread smooth 'ground'
  3. Add tip #232 ' green grass (kelly green food coloring)
  4. Add tip #21 Yellow food coloring shell borders
  5. Add tip #4 Yellow food coloring writing
