Bake a 10" round 2 layer cake (1 recipe for each pan)
Cover or ice cake. It is shown using fondant icing (link above)
Apply brown

Cake needs
to be damp for the brown sugar crystals to stick, so spread butterbream
icing here and add immediately. If icing is too thick for sugar to stick,
thin it using water.
Use a writing tip about #6 to add the white "surf" trims.
"Volcano":
Use 1 petite doll cake and one cupcake
Pipe the "lava"
RED on using tip 46 and the yellow using tip 4
Add tip 5
green trim at bottom.
Put your novelty picks, surf boards etc in place.
