DECORATING DIRECTIONS:
1. Airbrush top of cake yellow.
2. Pipe on Neon Blue border using tip #32
3. Pipe on red and green streamers using tip #3
4. Place screen, balloon cluster and Dalmatians on cake
5. Sprinkle with dogbone quins. A few come with the kit, or more HERE
6. Pipe inscription upon customer's request.
