instructions
Two days in advance: Make sled.
Tint 4 oz. fondant red; roll out 1/8 in. thick. Using knife, cut a 6 1/2
x4 1/4 in. rectangle.
Place on waxed paper-covered cake
board dusted with cornstarch. Dust one end of rectangle with cornstarch
and wrap 2/3 of the way around plastic dowel rod dusted with cornstarch.
Smooth with fingers and let dry
two days. One day in advance: Make cookies. Place on waxed paper-covered
board.
Pipe tip 5 dot eyes and nose,
string mouth. Add tip 18 rosette buttons.
For scarves, tint portions
of fondant green and yellow.
Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut 5/8
in. wide strip with pizza wheel.
Cut fringe with scissors.
Attach to cookie with damp brush.
For hats, tint portions of
fondant blue and violet. Shape into a 3/8 in. triangle with hands. Attach
to cookie with damp brush. Let dry overnight.
Pipe tip 18 rosette pompom
and zigzag hat band.
For each cookie, cut triangle
shapes from cake board, 2 in. high x 1 in. wide for easels.
Attach lollipop sticks and
front boy cookie to sled with royal icing; slant sticks to reach boy's
hands.
Attach cookie easels to back
of cookie. Attach 2nd boy cookie and easels with royal icing. |
Crunchy Kids
instructions
For kid wearing coat and scarf,
pipe coat with icing, smooth with spatula. Using candy pen, decorate stripes
on coat.
Roll out fruit jelly rounds
on waxed paper sprinkled with granulated sugar. Using paring knife, cut
boot shapes and strips for scarf and scarf tail. Cut slits on scarf tail
for fringe. Attach boots and scarf strips with dots of icing. Attach mini
multi-colored candies for buttons.
Decorate swirl fur on boots
and spiral hair on head. Pipe dot eyes (flatten and smooth with finger
dipped in cornstarch). Attach mini multi-colored candies for pupils and
nose. Pipe outline smile. |

instructions
Prepare and roll out gingerbread
dough. For each snowflake, cut 3 cookies using 2nd smallest cutter. Cut
2 cookies in half. Bake and cool.
Using melted coating chocolate
in cut parchment bag, pipe snowflake design on both sides of cookies (let
one side set before decorating the other side).
Lay whole cookie flat. With
melted candy, attach 2 cookie halves to cookie at a 45° angle. Prop
in place until set. Stand cookie upright; on other side attach 2 cookie
halves at a 45° angle. Let set. |

In advance, make 25 pickets
and mold 6 bunny and 20 tulip candies:
Place picket pattern on cookie
sheet, cover with parchment paper; outline and pipe in with white candy
in cut disposable bag. Let harden at room temperature. Tint portions of
white candy pink, yellow, violet, green and black using candy colors; mold
tulips and bunnies using painting method. Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
Assemble bunny hutch following
package instructions. When attaching house to cardboard base included in
kit, cut hole in center of base to allow space for cap nut. Mark window
and door patterns with toothpick, outline and pipe in with melted candy
in cut disposable bag.
Pipe in window boxes, flowers
and shutters with candy; let harden and pipe horizontal lines on shutters;
add dot doorknob. Attach caramels for chimney with royal icing.
Attach mini wheat shingles
to roof and over door with royal icing.
Turn 8 in. plate face down.
Cut 7 dowel rods to 4 in.
long and tape horizontally to underside of plate for branches. Pipe tip
21 lines in royal icing to cover rods; let dry overnight. Turn plate over.
Glue legs to bottom of 14
in. plate with super strength glue.
Ice 1-layer cake smooth with
buttercream and prepare for center column construction.
Attach two 6 1/2 in. columns,secure

instructions
Prepare and roll out dough.
Cut one 3 1/2 in. high house
cookie, one medium size round cookie (using cutter from 101 piece set)
and 12 mini tree cookies.
To create 2 easels for house,
cut a 3 in. triangle. Cut triangle in half lengthwise. Bake and cool all
cookie pieces.
Using green royal icing, pipe
tip 2 zigzags on trees; sprinkle immediately with nonpareils.
Decorate house cookie with
royal icing. Pipe tip 2 yellow windows and door window (smooth with finger
dipped in cornstarch); let dry. Outline windows and door with tip 2 in
white; sprinkle immediately with nonpareils.
Pipe tip 2 zigzag wreath in
green.
Pipe tip 2 dot doorknob in
white. Pipe tip 4 band eaves in white; attach mini candy-coated chocolates;
let dry.
Attach snowmen icing decorations
with royal icing on each side of door.
Attach cookie easel to back
of house with royal icing; let dry.

Roll out and cut cookies using gingerbread boy cutter from set. Bake and
cool following recipe directions.

full-strength royal icing on a waxed paper-covered board. Pipe tip 2 dot
eyes and nose and outline mouth in white.
Add tip 2 dot cheeks in pink.
Pipe tip 2 zigzag pant legs in white. Outline and pipe in tip 3 bow tie
in red; add tip 3 dot knot in red and buttons in green. |
Picture Perfect Holiday Gingerbread
Cookie
instructions
Prepare 1 cookie mix following
package directions;, press into greased pan and bake., Cool a few minutes
in pan then unmold on cooling grid to cool completely.
Use tip 21 to pipe rosette
eyes and nose, zigzag trim on arms and legs, outline mouth and pull-out
hair.
Add candy-coated chocolate
eyes.
For frame:
Prepare second cookie mix
and roll out. Use pattern to cut out 1 solid frame back and one open frame
front.
Bake on cookie sheet per package
directions and place on cooling grid to cool completely.
Pipe tip 21 zigzag around
top frame and attach assorted candies.
Place picture between bottom
and top frame, attaching together with icing. Attach frame to gingerbread
boy with icing.

Make tree in advance: Cut
spearmint leaves horizontally in half. Attach bottom halves to bottom half
of sugar cone using Tip 6 and royal icing. Attach top half of leaves (with
vein imprint) on top half of cone. Pipe tip 5 snow mounds on tree. Let
dry.
Assemble house according to
package directions. Cover Styrofoam with Fanci-Foil and position house
on base. Pipe tip 2 filigree design on front peak.
For roof shingles, attach
pastel wafers with icing, in overlapping fashion, working from edge to
peak of roof. Attach tiny disc candies upright along top of peak.
Trim peak and underneath eaves
with Tip 18 shells. Ice windows and window area of door smooth. Outline
windows and door with tip 6, using Brown/Red-Red combination icing.
Bend gum to form awning and
attach with icing; pipe tip 2 beads along top edge. Pipe tip 352 pull-out
leaves around roof line and at side window sills; add tip 2 dot holly berries.
Attach pastel nonpareils candies to door sides and striped gum for window
shutters.
Trim candy sticks and attach
to corners of house; pipe Tip 18 shells on sides of candy sticks.
Cut marshmallows to assorted
sizes and attach to base of house for bushes; cover with Tip 18 pull-out
stars, add tip 2 dot holly berries. Ice board fluffy with spatula.
Break candy wafers in pieces
and position in icing for walkway. Insert trimmed candy sticks on angles
on base; attach gumballs to tops with icing.
Pipe tip 1 dots and hearts
above windows and door.
Pipe tip 2 icicles around house.

In advance, use gingerbread
dough and patterns to cut 2 Sleigh Sides (reverse pattern to cut opposite
side), 1 Sleigh Back, 1 Sleigh Front, 2 Reindeer, 1 Mitten and 4 Reindeer
Support pieces; bake and cool.
Bake and cool Stand-Up Snowman
and 2 Mini Egg cakes, using firm-textured cake batter such as pound cake.
Decorate gingerbread pieces
with royal icing: Ice sleigh pieces and mitten smooth.
Edge tops of sleigh pieces
with tip 16 zigzags. With tip 3, outline reindeer, pipe-in hooves (pat
smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch) and add string mouth.
With tip 4, pipe-in antlers
and harness (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch, add dot nose,
eye and pupil. Pipe tip 13 pull-out star fur.
Attach 1 Reindeer Support

Attach gingerbread mitten
to extended arm with icing. Pipe tip 18 star fur trim on jacket, cuffs,
hat brim and boots. Pipe tip 16 s-shaped pull-out stars for Santa's hair
and beard; add tip 16 star pom-pom. Attach sleigh pieces around Santa with
royal icing (taller piece is back, shorter piece is front).
Attach candy cane runners
to sides. Position reindeer and attach licorice reins with buttercream
icing. Attach spice drop to reindeer harness with icing. Add shredded coconut

instructions
Make 5 trees. For largest
tree, stack 3 sugar cones, for medium tree, stack 2 sugar cones; for smallest
trees use single cones. Cover all cones with Tip 18 pull-out stars. Let
dry. When dry, fill cones with icing and insert pretzel rods.
Cover Styrofoam with Fanci-Foil
Wrap.
Assemble house according to
package directions and attach to Styrofoam® base with royal icing.
Attach overlapping miniature
wheat cereal pieces with royal icing for roof shingles beginning at eaves
and working to peak (make sure frosted side of cereal faces upward).
Attach 4 caramels with royal

Assemble house on base according
to package directions. Let set.
Make candy in advance. Use
Gift Truffle Mold and "painting" method to make 12 candy gifts (6 with
green ribbons, 6 with red ribbons). Refrigerate until firm, unmold.
Use Christmas Truffles Candy
Mold and "painting" method to make 4 candy cane truffles and 4 holly berries
truffles (fill molds only 1/2 full). Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
To make candy trees, place
each size cutter on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Fill cutters 1/4
in. deep with melted candy.
Tap cookie sheet to level
candy and freeze until set. Unmold.
Use melted white candy in
cut parchment bag to pipe zigzag trim on trees. Attach tree to Candy Melts
wafer base with melted candy. Attach candy cane "runners" to bottom of
foil loaf cups with melted candy. Set aside.
Trim corners of house with
Tip 16 zigzags; attach candy cane sticks. Ice door area smooth with spatula
and outline with Tip 16.
Attach truffle windows with
icing and trim with Tip 16 zigzags. Pipe Tip 16 zigzag garland underneath
roof eaves; trim with cinnamon drops. Attach starlight mint for wreath
above door and trim with Tip 349 pull-out leaves and Tip 2 dots. Ice roof
fluffy with spatula and attach mints to roof peak.
Add Tip 16 zigzag trim on
eaves. Pipe Tip 2 name and doorknob on front door. Ice base and walkway
smooth; line walkway with mints and pipe Tip 16 pullout stars on top. Pipe
Tip 16 icicles on house. Sprinkle sparkles on house. Position trees and
sleigh. Add candy to sleigh. |

House
instructions
Assemble house according to
package directions and let dry.
In advance, make 3 gingerbread
boy and 3 gingerbread girl candies using "painting" method and filling
molds only half full. Refrigerate until firm; unmold.
To make sled, attach candy
cane sleigh runners to bottom of sugar wafer cookies. Cut one gingerbread
boy candy in half above knees and attach with Tip 16 and royal icing in
sitting position. Let dry.
To make trees, cut spearmint
leaves horizontally in half. Attach bottom halves to bottom half of sugar

candies. Pipe Tip 16 zigzags on edges and peak and attach candy sticks.
Pipe Tip 16 shells on top of peak and attach hollow-center candy. Pipe
Tip 16 zigzags on eaves; cut spice drops in half and attach to eaves.
To make balcony, attach 4
candy sticks to bottom of sugar wafer cookie with royal icing, let dry.
When dry, attach bottoms of candy sticks to house base with royal icing,
let dry.
Using Tip 16 and royal icing,
attach candy-coated licorice bits upright for railing spindles; trim cinnamon
gum and attach for handrail with Tip 16 stars. Let dry completely.
Ice base of house fluffy with
spatula; position candy pieces for walkway. For snow hill under sled, stack
marshmallows and ice smooth. Attach boy on sled, trees and townspeople. |

Make trees in advance: Use
serrated knife to trim sugar cones to various heights. Using royal icing,
cover trees with Tip 16 pull-out stars.
Add Tip 2 dots pull-out snow;
let dry.

pieces and attach to roof with icing in overlapping fashion, starting at

Set aside 15 fruit jelly rounds.

areas (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Attach fruit jelly round
pieces. Outline sides of windows with icing and attach mini multi-colored
candies. Add scroll designs above windows; attach mini multi-colored candy

Divide cottage sides into
3 sections for windows (each 1 3/8 in. wide x 2 in. high). Using royal
icing, outline each section in brown with tip 3. Pipe in yellow windows
with tip 5 (smooth with finger dipped in corn starch). Pipe tip 5 outline
brown X's below windows.
Mark bottom windows on front
and back of barn 1 1/2 in. wide x 2 1/2 in. high. Mark top windows on front
and back of barn 1 1/2 in. wide x 1 3/4 in. high. Decorate windows as on
sides. Ice board with white royal icing and position barn.
Attach reindeer to windows
with tip 12 dots of icing; add pipe tip 2 outline antlers.
Decorate trees. Cover with
tip 16 pull-out stars in green; position mini jawbreakers. Add tip 5 snow
in white and attach easel stand to back with royal icing.
Decorate Santa. Outline and
pipe in tip 5 suit and hat in red. Use spatula to indent lines for arms
and in between legs. Pipe in tip 3 face in copper. Add tip 2 black dot
eyes and copper nose. Pipe tip 3 white beard, hat trim and pom pom. Pipe
in boots with tip 2 in black (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch).
Pipe tip 3 green mittens. Attach easel stand to back with royal icing.
Decorate snowman. Outline
and pipe in with tip 5 (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe
tip 12 white arms, tip 5 green hat, Add tip 2 hat band and facial features
in black. Pipe tip 5 red band scarf with tip 2 pull-out fringe. Attach
easel stand to back with royal icing.
Ice roof, creating scallops
with angled spatula. Attach jelly rounds to peaks of scallops. Cut jelly

Let's Raise the Roof! Gingerbread
instructions
Prepare gingerbread dough
and roll out 1/8 in. thick. For house front and back, cut 2 cookies with
Comfort-Grip cutter. Trim off chimney. Cut 2 side walls, each 2 x 2 1/2
in. high and 2 roof panels, each 3 1/2 x 2 7/8 in. high. Bake and cool
all pieces. If pieces expand during baking, measure when cool and trim
to original size using serrated knife. Cut approximately 18-24 gingerbread
boys using cutter from set; bake and cool.
Assemble and decorate house.
On foil-wrapped cake circle, using tip 4, attach front, back and side panels
with icing; let set. To support roof, cut a 2 x 3 1/2 in. long piece of
cake board and bend in half. Attach roof panels, centered on each half
of support, with icing. Position roof on assembled house. Pipe tip 4 seam
on top peak; let set. Remove roof from house and let dry, standing on a
side edge.
Mark a 1 x 2 1/4 in. door;
outline door and fill in with tip 3 zigzags (smooth with finger dipped
in cornstarch). Attach confetti sprinkles from Flowerful Medley assortment
on door frame and for doorknob with tip 2 dots of icing.
For windows, roll out spice
drops on surface sprinkled with sugar; cut a 1/2 in. square for door window.
Cut 1 x 1/2 in rectangle for front window and 1 in. squares for side and
back windows. Attach with tip 3. Outline window frames and panes with tip
3; pipe tip 2 icicles. Attach striped candy awnings and jelly rope windowsills,
cut to fit, with tip 4. Pipe tip 3 scrolls above front window; attach confetti
in center.
Using tip 3, attach pinwheel
candy above door and spice drop half in center; cut curve off candy canes
and attach candy sticks on house corners. Position roof on house (do not
attach); ice smooth and cover with jumbo confetti, overlapping from bottom
to top.
Pipe tip 3 zigzags on peak
and position spice drops. Pipe tip 4 icicles on eaves. Attach green spice
drops around house for bushes; trim bases as needed for desired height.
Ice cake circle fluffy. Position striped candy for front step; let dry.
Decorate gingerbread boys
with tip 1 facial features and tip 2 clothing; let dry. Fill house with
boys. |
Snowmen, Villagers & Tree
Cookies
instructions
Snowmen:
Use snowmen nesting cutter
set to create different size snowmen.
Ice the snowmen cookies smooth,
stucco-like, spatula swirled or with white fondant.
Add white nonpareils, chocolate
jimmies, red or green sugars and yellow fruit roll-ups for accents.
Use black icing for eyes and
mouth with tip #3.
Use cinnamon candies for facial
features and buttons.
Add red or green sugar for
mittens or gloves.
Villagers:
Use gingerbread boy nesting
cutter set for different size villagers.
Use cinnamon candy for buttons,
eyes and nose.
Use fruit roll-ups for belts
and pants. Use green-tinted fondant for bow-tie and shoes.
Use zigzag white icing and
tip 3 for hair. Use green sprinkles for eyes.
Use red sugar, red jimmies
and white nonpareils for clothing decorations.
Trees:
Use tree nesting cutter set
to create different size trees.
Ice the tree cookies with
white icing and white sparkles, green-tinted fondant and white nonpareils
or with
Christmas red or kelly green
icing. Use tip 3 and green sprinkles for garland. Use cinnamon candy accents,
white nonpareils, red jimmies and red sugar for decorations.
General: Add cardboard easels
and attach with icing to prop up figures and trees. |
Winter Welcome Gingerbread House
instructions
Divide prepared decorating
icing in half, use half for decorating the house, the other half for adding
"snow" around house (keep remaining half covered with a damp cloth).
Fill decorating bag with icing.
Using a rolling pin, flatten
yellow spice drops and cut to desired window size. Attach two windows and
one door window on front, and one window on each side.
Outline windows and decorate
with lattice. Outline door and scallop design on front of house.
Cut spice drops in half and
attach to bottom points of scallops. Cut jelly rings in half and attach
as window sills. Attach a whole jelly ring for wreath above door. For bow
on wreath, cut two spice drop pieces for loops and a round spice drop piece
for knot; attach with dots of icing. Attach mini fruit-flavored candies
in "flower petal" design at front peak of house. Decorate center of design
with a dot of icing.
Using a spatula, ice roof
fluffy, pulling icing slightly over eaves.
Cut jelly rings in half and
attach to roof peak. Attach mini fruit-flavored candies to roof.
Using a spatula, ice snow
on base fluffy. Attach whole spice drops around house.
NOTE: Additional candy may
be required. |
Icicle Topped Gingerbread House
Cookie
instructions
Prepare gingerbread recipe.
Cut with Gingerbread Boy Trio Cutter. Bake and cool. Use tip 1 and full-strength
white color flow icing to outline snow on base and roofline, door, house
sides. Use tip 1 and full-strength white color flow icing to also pipe
eye outlines, mouths zigzag trims on chimney and gingerbread boys and swirl
buttons; let set. Use tip 1 and thinned down white icing to pipe in snow.
Use 1 and thinned down green icing to fill in roof, icicles, doorframe
and hands and feet on one gingerbread boy; add green sugars to green areas;
all use to pipe in eyes. Use tip 1 and thinned down red color flow icing
to fill in hands and feet one gingerbread boy and roof; add red sugars
to red area; let set. |

In advance, prepare and roll
out cookie dough.
Cut 3 Comfort Grip Trees,
3 Grippy Trees, 3 Mini Trees, 3 Mini Gingerbread Boys, 2 Comfort Grip Candy
Canes (reverse one before cutting), 4 medium fondant star cut-outs. Bake
and cool.
Cover cookies, except stars
and candy canes with color flow. Use tip 3 and full-strength color flow
to outline cookies and tip 3 and thinned down icing to fill in cookies;
let dry on waxed paper covered boards.
For houses, use full-strength
color flow and tip 2 to outline windows and doors. Use tip 6 and ull-strength
color flow to pipe snow on roof and cover with white sparkling sugars.
Use full-strength color flow and tip 2 to fill in windows, doors and window
on door.
Use tip 2 and full-strength
color flow to pipe icicles on window sills and along bottom of house.
For candy canes, use tip 2
and full-strength color flow to outline red and white sections; let dry.
Use tip 2 and thinned down color flow to fill in red and white stripes
on candy canes and immediately sprinkle with red sugars. Let dry on waxed
paper covered boards.
For trees, make swags with
full-strength color flow icing beginning at the bottom. On comfort grip
trees use tip 6, on grippy trees use tip 4 and on mini trees use tip 2.
Sprinkle all immediately with sparkling white sugars.
For stars, ice stars smooth
with full-strength color flow; sprinkle with yellow sugars. Attach 11 3/4
in. lollipop sticks to backs with full-strength color flow icing. When
dry, tie 24 in. curling ribbon on each stick and curl.
For gingerbread boy, use tip
2 and full-strength color flow icing to pipe dot eyes and buttons and outline
mouth. Attach 4 in. lollipop sticks to backs of cookies with full-strength
color flow icing. Let dry.
Insert all pieces into craft
block sprinkles with white sparkling sugar. |
