ORDER HOUSE SHOWN - HERE

....
Instructions
Assembling your gingerbread house

If the gingerbread components for your house are uneven, you can smooth off the edges using a fine grater
(or trim according to your pattern while very hot).

Use edible glue (royal Icing) for joining the components. Then simply dip the edges of the components into the THIN consistency royal icing and press them together. Or use icing in pastry bags.

Decorating tips

Façade decoration: Brush the outer surface with dissolved sugar and stud with sweets.

Decorate with cake icing (piped decoration using icing sugar):
Stir together 400 ml (14 fl oz) confectioners' sugar, 1 egg white and a few drops of lemon extract. Leave to stand for awhile; add more icing sugar if necessary. Stir until the mixture is smooth and thick.

If you want to add colour to your icing, add a few drops of caramel food coloring (brown).

Pipe the cake icing on to the gingerbread house using an icing bag or a cone made of rolled-up greaseproof paper.

"Snow": Sprinkle edible glitter over all.
or
Brush the surface with egg white and sprinkle with desiccated coconut

TIP: If you want glass windows in your house, place house section on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Place broken pieces of life-savers or other hard candy in the 'window'. Bake at 350 deg. until candies melt. About 5-10 minutes. Watch closely! Your gingerbread panel will be hot, so lay on a flat surface until very cold before assembling.
For a church we also have edible windows HERE

Make this icing THIN consistancy. (Add more water if nec.) Rec is 3 TBSP M.Powder to 1 lb conf. sugar and 5-6 TB water. Is about enough for one house.....
