Flower Placement

Back to Lessons | Catalog | Flower Templates
Make all pull out stems and vines first. This will help to place the flowers properly. It will take some practice at first. You will need to experiment in holding the decorating bag in the proper angle and position. Angle, position of bag, and how the tip is tilted are of most importance to your success. Icing should be medium consistancy. You can use royal, buttercream, bettercream etc. icings. Some of these flower sprays work best on sheet cakes and some are best used on round cakes. In most cases, you can redisign to fit better.
