Icing Consistency: Medium Royal Icing
Positions:
For mound and center stamens, 90°
For star petals, 45° at 3:00 (9:00)
Hold Tip:
For mound, slightly above center of nail
For center of nail, lightly touching center of mound
For star petals, tip touching edge of mound.
Flower Nail: #7
1. Hold bag at 90° angle to flower nail, lightly touching surface. Pipe tip 5 dot base.
2. Pipe a cluster of short pull-out dots in the center using tip 1.
3. Using tip 16, cover the remainder of mound with stars. Start at base,
then work toward center.
