Alpine Hi-Ratio Shortening

Made for icing, not frying! 
The best shortening we found for making icing. Use 3/4 to 1 cup per 2 pound recipe. No greasy taste. Contains but not limited to: partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (Soybean and Palm oils), mono-and diglycerides, polysorbate 60.

More Information          Glitter Piping Gel Glaze        Christmas Cake Idea
Ready to use, food-grade sparkle glaze for icings or fondant. Easy to use. Brush or smear on with a bent spatula. Add glitter gel over blue buttercream water falls, glistening snow scenes, glitter for jewels, highlights on piped icing decorations, or highlight edible pearls for a dewy appearance. So many uses. For enhanced results, apply two or more coats, allowing 30 minutes to dry in between coats. It is best to apply each coat in opposite directions to minimize the appearance of brush strokes. Once applied glazes are freeze/thaw stable. Store Glazes at room temperature for best results.

Artisan Scripting WRITE-ON PIPING GELS       INSTRUCTIONS
Colored piping gel in a tube for decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies, writing or other treats. So fast and handy to use. Just snip off the end and squeeze. Many times piping gel is perfect to pipe in a line drawing, use for water shine, glistening snow, realistic ice rink, volcano ooze, honey for Winnie the Pooh, blood that is edible, and the ideas go on.
String work: Mix just enough piping gel with buttercream icing to make opaque. String work will not break as easily.
Lace Pieces: Add 1/2 tsp. piping gel to 1 lb. royal icing batch to strengthen lace pieces.
