Alpine Hi-Ratio Shortening - this shortening was made for ICING! It is so much better than crisco or other shortenings for cooking. Ingredients: Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (Soybean and Palm oils) with mono-and diglycerides, polysorbate 60. Use only 3/4 to 1 cup per 2 pounds of icing. 
WARNING: If you order this during very hot weather, you should make sure it will get to you the same week. 
Order on Monday and choose 2-3 day shipping option. 
Sugarcraft and the shipper cannot be held responsible for it melting during transit. Good thing to stock up on in winter.

Whip Cream Aid
An easy way to make whipped cream topping yourself. Add 2 tsp. powdered Whip Cream Icing Aid to 1 pint whipping cream then mix on electric beater until firm peaks form or try the recipe on the label. Used to stabilize whipping cream and to help it hold peaks firmer. Fold in pastry fillings, flavorings or food coloring for a delicious colored flavored icing.
