Alpine Hi-Ratio Shortening - this shortening was made for ICING! It is so much better than crisco or other shortenings for cooking. Ingredients: Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (Soybean and Palm oils) with mono-and diglycerides, polysorbate 60. Use only 3/4 to 1 cup per 2 pounds of icing. 
WARNING: If you order this during very hot weather, you should make sure it will get to you the same week. Order on Monday and choose 2-3 day shipping option. 
Sugarcraft and the shipper cannot be held responsible for it melting during transit. Good thing to stock up on in winter.

GLITTER GELS - Specially developed Food-grade edible glazes for fondant. Easy to use and will make any cake look striking. Glazes are impressive when used to highlight small areas of decorations. For enhanced results, apply two or more coats, allowing 30 minutes to dry in between coats. It is best to apply each coat in opposite directions to minimize the appearance of brush strokes.
