Dimensions: 150mm (6''), 200mm (8''), 250mm (10''), 300mm (12''), 350mm (14''), 400mm (16'') and 450mm (18'') diameter.
Total approx. height of 7 tier cake stand is 635mm (28")
Holds 120-140 cupcakes depending on size.

Sorry, I do not have any instructions to supply you with for doing these cakes.
 

		I believe the family on the cake are made of gumpaste or marzipan. I cannot be sure. There are books that shows this-here.
I believe the 'cups' are made of coating chocolate using regular drinking cups. Same for the 'fans'	the slippers are probably made of coating chocolate in our high heel shoe mold.
