Ingredients:
Ready-To-Use White Rolled Fondant
Cake Sparkles™: Violet, Yellow, Pink
Buttercream icing
Makes: Each cupcake serves 1.
 
 
Techniques Used:
Tip 1M Swirl 
 Step 1
Hold Open Star Decorating Tip 1M approximately 1/4" above cupcake top at a 90° angle to cupcake surface. Pipe a spiral of icing, beginning at the outer edge and working inward.
Step 2
Stop pressure; pull tip away. 
Step 3
Pipe a second spiral, smaller (not as wide) on top. End spiral at center. Stop pressure; pull tip straight up and away.

Step 1
Roll out fondant and cut stars with smallest cutter. Let dry. Lightly brush water on stars and sprinkle with Cake Sparkles. Set aside. 
Step 2 
Bake cupcakes in White Baking Cups, and cool completely on Cooling Grid. 
Step 3 
Prepare Buttercream Icing recipe. Pipe white buttercream icing swirl on each cupcake with Open Star Decorating Tip 1M (2110). 
Step 4 
Insert the fondant stars into cupcake.
