Bake and cool cupcakes in Standard
Muffin Pan on Cooling Grid. |
 Step

Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula
in vertical stripes to create a faceted look. |
 Step

Using white buttercream icing, pipe
Round Decorating Tip 3 swirls on top of Candy Melts and position on cupcakes
for wheels. |
 Step

Position gumball on top of carriage
and heart candies for windows. Using white buttercream icing, pipe Round
Decorating Tip 3 beads above windows. |
