instructions
One day in advance: Make 2 fondant
stars for each cupcake.
Roll out fondant and cut using medium Cut-Out.
Brush lightly with water; cover with Cake Sparkles. Let dry.
Ice cupcake top and sides.
Cover with large tip 1A swirls in alternating directions.
Position angel and stars.
