NEEDED:

• Treat Tree Stand #SUS-TT
• Standard cupcake cups
• Buttercream Icing
• Food coloring
• Decorating tip #21
• Valentine Novelty Decorations
• Tinsel picks

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Bake cupcakes in standard cupcake liners
2. Swirl the icing on using tip #21. Start at outer edge and swrl to center
3. Add Novelty decorations
4. Place on Treat Tree to serve
