| Heavy Cast aluminum Pans HERE |
I decided I needed to add the Non-Stick Mini Holiday Pan and the Snowflake Non-Stick Cookie Pan to my annual holiday baking. These pans are much heavier than the Marseilles Classic Cookie Mold and the non-stick feature makes release and clean up easier. These pans also have a lot of detail in the cookie designs.
The recipe I used called for a 400-degree oven, but with non-stick pans I usually bake them at 375 degrees. I prepared the pans with Bake Easy™ Non-Stick Spray (cannot ship). The pans were so easy to use! Just press some of the dough into the pans and bake.
The cookies turned a nice golden brown and smelled delicious as they baked! I let them cool in the pans on cooling grids about 10 minutes and then easily removed the cookies. They had the imprinted shapes and turned out wonderfully! I continued to let the cookies cool on the racks.
Decorating was very easy! I used Cookie Icings – which I love, love, love. As I’ve said before, these are one of my favorite Wilton products! They are so easy to use and come in a variety of colors and a little goes a long way! I used white, red, and green.
