INSTRUCTIONS
1 Roll out the paste in a non-stick
surface or using cornflour/icing sugar for dusting.
2 Cut out the star shapes wihtout
pressing the plunger.
3 Use the plunger to eject the shapes
onto a soft foam sponge or directly onto the cake.
NOTE Tools used with food products
should be kept separate from those used with non-food materials e.g. craft
clay.

Flow makes the snowflakes really shine on our Santa Hat Cookie.
Add cool texture at the bottom with
our White
Nonpareils.
Cut out, bake and cool Santa hat
cookies.
Use tip
2 and full-strength blue color flow icing to outline blue area of hat.
Use tip
2 and thinned-down blue color flow icing to fill-in blue area of hat;
let dry.
Roll-Out Cookies
Use this roll-out cookie dough to add
dimension
and interest to your cupcakes.
2. In large mixing bowl, cream butter
with sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add in egg, vanilla
and almond extracts. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; add 1 cup at a
time to butter mixture, mixing after each addition.
3. Do not chill dough.
4. Divide dough into 2 balls. On
a floured surface, roll each ball into a circle approximately 12 in. wide
and 1/8 in. thick. Dip cookie cutter in flour before each use.
5. Bake cookies on ungreased cookie
sheet on top rack of oven for 6-7 minutes or until cookies are lightly
browned.
