Ornament cookie cutters, Ornament chocolate molds
1. Start by baking your favorite cutout cookie formula. Use a round cutter.
2. Roll out some fondant and use that same cutter to cut circles for the top of each cookie. Tip: Ice them with buttercream to hold fondant or add flavors.
3. Airbrush each cookie with
Red
Sheen Airbrush Color. Allow to dry.
4. Mix some royal icing with Super
Red Squeeze
Gel Color. Using a #2
plain round tube, fill two bags with royal icing: one with red and
one with white.
5. Pipe your patterns however you like. You can go back with a food safe brush and put dabs of shimmer color over dots where you like. Be sure you have mixed a stiff royal icing and it has not dried thoroughly for this brush method to work.
Tip: Tell your customers to order early and price your products to allow for the labor these elegant cookies require.
Tip: You can do the same using coating
chocolate in chocolate molds too:
Molds chocolate
Dust with pearl
dust can rub off because you brush it on dry. Will cover milkd chocolate
Give them a shake of edible
glitter to really jazz them up!
