2 (6 oz.) packages strawberry gelatin 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh strawberries 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, thawed Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Stir in lemon juice. Pour 2 cups into pan; chill 1 1/2 hours or until nearly set. Stir strawberries into remaining gelatin and hold at room temperature. Whisk whipped topping into into remaining gelatin and pour on chilled gelatin. Chill additional 2 1/3 to 3 hours or until set. Unmold by running small spatula around edge of pan and fill sink with about 1 inch of warm water. Dip bottom of pan into water for 15 seconds. To decorate: Using Wilton Tip 4 and softened cream cheese, outline graduate. Pipe ball and string tassel, print message. Makes 12 servings. |
