PRODUCTS SHOWN ON CAKE:
beveled cake pans (10" takes 1 mix per pan, 6" takes about 1/2 mix per 2 pans)
cake boards (requires one 10" and one 6" plus 12" cake drum to place entire cake on.
decorating tips #46 and #5
rolled fonant icing
buttercream icing
food colors - golden egg yellow 
premade icing flowers: Daisies or Calla lilies
ribbon optional
  • Place 10" cake on 12" cake board
  • Cakes are 10 and 6 inch 2-layers
  • Tint fondant yellow and cover cake. for 10", roll fondant out at least to 18 to 20 inches, 6" roll out to 16" on vinyl surface. (Vinyl for this can be purchased where fabrics are sold).
  • Decorations on sides of cakes: Using buttercream icing, do basket weave: tip 46 horizontal and tip 5 vertical piping. Add tip 5 border at top.
  • Place preconstructed gumpaste daisy and calla lily bouquets
