Example using this pin:
TOP RUFFLE: I used FMM Straight Frill Cutter set 1 #C330 available HERE
I ruffled the top of the strip and left the bottom side as cut.
I added pearls that I made, see pearl inst.
Bouquet and bow are gumpaste flowers I made.

To Smock:
Press and roll the pin over side of cake as above.
Using tip 1 or smaller, draw out lines in icing to connect as shown. (click to enlarge photo)
Bottom border made useing a rose strip maker, connecting them around. This tool is no longer made. Similar available HERE.
