( Fondant), Flower Paste (Gum Paste), Pastillage, Modelling Chocolate,Porcelain and Polymer Clays.
The cutter has also been designed so that the Plunger can easily be removed, enabling it to be used as a
Basic Plaque Cutter or with one of the Interchangeable Embossing Heads to create Textured Plaques.
The Plunger Press Button can be removed by pulling from the body of the cutter

	Hydrangea Plunger Set Using our plunger Hydrangeas you will get beautifully cut Hyrangea, and with a simple press of the plunger - detailed veining! Use these as you would the quickie Hydrangea, but with the veining included! Using the CK flower former #43-9040 or 43-9042 you can dry your hydrangeas to the perfect shape, and avoid breakage while drying! All you have to do is make a small hole (big enough to fit the wire) into the bottom of the flower former, dust your former with cornstarch, and once you have made your hydrangea, feed the wire through the hole, and allow it to dry! dough, sugarpaste (rolled fondant), petal paste (gum paste), marzipan or craft clays.
Create simple to produce star shapes, ideal for Birthday, Wedding and Celebration Cakes. INSTRUCTIONS
1 Roll out the paste in a non-stick surface or using cornflour/icing sugar for dusting.
2 Cut out the star shapes wihtout pressing the plunger.
3 Use the plunger to eject the shapes onto a soft foam sponge or directly onto the cake.
NOTE Tools used with food products should be kept separate from those used with non-food materials e.g. craft clay.

'Textured Embosser'
For this technique, the embosser requires connecting to the cutter, by matching the 'B' Stop on the embosser with the 'B' Stop on the cutter. Attach the plunger Press Button with the arrow pointing to the Lock position on the top of the cutter.

'Embosser Plunger Cutter'
When using in this format, the chosen embosser should be fitted by matching the 'A Stop on the embosser with the 'B' Stop on the Cutter, with the arrow on the Plunger Press Button aligning with the Unlock Postion on the top of the cutter. When assembled and without depressing the Plunger Press button, also use as a basic plaque cutter.
