For
this project you will need:
* White
Fondant

Step
1:
* Knead the colours with the white sugar paste until desired colour. |
Step
2:
* Spread a small
amount of corn starch on the work surface to prevent the sugar paste from
sticking?

Step
3:
* Cut the leaves with the plungers. Cut as many as desired to decorate the entire tree. Cut medium and small leaves. Don't forget to press down on the plunger if you want the veined pattern. |
Step
4:
* Spread a little
corn starch on the shaper.
|
Step
5:
* Spread, with a spatula, a small coating of piping gel on the surface of the ice cream cone. |
Step
6:
* Cover the entire surface of the ice cream cone with sugar paste. |
Step
7:
* Pipe a small amount of royal icing on the back of the leaves. This will act as the glue. |
Step
8:
* Pipe a small amount of royal icing on some of the leaves and place the sugar pearls. Repeat this step as many times as desired. |

Before undertaking the task of making or commissioning a decorator to create this type of decoration, you should take the amount of time, effort and supplies this project needs into consideration as this will affect your pricing. Remember that by following the steps outlined above carefully, you can get the desired result.
