Silpat® Non-Stick baking sheet is designed for all types of ovens. From bread baking to pastry making, Silpat® can provide even heat transfer to your baked goods!
How to Use:
* Place Silpat®
on sheet pan, with writing facing up
* Lay product
to be baked or frozen on Silpat®
* Baking temperatures
may need to be adjusted according to your oven. Silpat® is effective
in temperatures from -40°F to 480°F or -40°C to 280°C
* No greasing
required
* Store it flat
Easy to clean!
* Wipe the Silpat®
with a damp, soft sponge, then rinse with clean water.
* Shake to remove
excess water and dry in open air.
* A weak solution
of detergent or soap may be used if needed.
* Note: the oily
feeling after washing is normal.
Do not!
* Do not use scrapers
or brushes to clean the Silpat®
* Do not cut
the Silpat® or ON the Silpat®
* Do not fold
the Silpat®
* Do not grease
the Silpat®
Caution!
* Never use a
cut or ripped Silpat® as glass weave could migrate to the food.
* Please avoid
the use of automatic dishwashers, as they may harm the Silpat®
