From Rosemary's website which is no longer on the web:
Deborah Ryan of Barrington Hills, Illinois was doing a cake for a
ladies 50th Birthday Party. The party logo was a red lace bra and
the line "Denise is 50. Let's show her some support." The
invitations had the logo on the cover. The party planner had
ordered candy bars with wrappers sporting the logo. You can
imagine what they planned to hang from the ceiling at the event!

To make the bra, Deborah first glued domed covers for fast
food containers to Plexiglas. She applied half circles of flesh
colored 50/50 paste (50 Fondant, 50 gumpaste) to the bottom
portion of the domes and let them dry. She then made red 50/50
paste and pressed them in lace molds. Lace molds 8050 and
8Y710 were used here, however, many different molds could be
used. The straps and sides were made separately so they could be
arranged as if the garment had been tossed onto the cake.

Deborah was awarded a gift certificate from Sugar Bouquets for her
great idea. Perhaps one of your high quality photographs with a
different lace use would quality.

Karen Baker's cake (www.cakearoni.com): Features fondant bow. Its all fondant and royal including "tissue paper" coming from the box, cake was for a bridal shower with the lavender matching brides trousseau. I do not have any other instructions for you.

From Deneen:
You can check out my bra cake at: http://community.webshots.com/user/bcreations.
I have also done some on larger sheet cakes too. If you want to see them, I can email them to you. To form the cups I used McDonolds domed salad lids as a mold.
.
I use fondant for the bra cups using a triangular lace mold (approx. 5 1/2 x5 1/2x 6 1/2) although I have heard of it being done without using a mold just cutting the fondant to the size you need.
.
Place fondant over cups to dry for several days.
.
The straps of the bra do not need to be done in advance. Again I use a lace mold(approx 1 1/2" x 5 1/2"), but could be done in plain fondant.
.
When ready to assemble. Place cups in desired position, cut side straps and place usually adding a fold or two to look natural.
.
The shoulder straps of the bra are approx 1/4" thick, I usually judge the legnth I think about 8" or more.
.
Again place them with some folds or overlapping to look natural.
.
Hint: use your own bra as a model! Hope this isn't too confusing!

More ides...I have found online. I don't know where from but if you could give me your name or website, I would be very happy to give you credit or remove the files, whichever you prefer. This is just for sharing and not meant for material gain:
