HOW TO MAKE FONDANT FRILLS USING JEM CUTTERS: When you are learning to make the frills and ribbons, don't forget that pressing the dough thinner or ruffling the edges makes a completely different look using any cutter. You may wish to use a smooth ruffling tool or one with texture. This too makes a large difference.
INSTRUCTIONS: Tint then roll out fondant or gumpaste thinly onto greased board. Press cutter into the paste and rub in a circular motion. Remove the decoration with a sharp tap. Cut out all required letters or decorations.

Strip cutters:	Open ended to allow you to cut long strips. 1, 2, 3 are lovely for quilling, making bows, ribbons, weaving etc. Strip cutters 4 and 5 are idea for making larger bows. Cut a wide 'ribbon' to put around your cake, create sides of boxes, etc. Decorate ribbons with stencils or embroider. Make drapes the easy way using strip cutter 5.
