STORAGE
Proper Refrigeration (when on cakes):
Flowers present best in refrigerators that maintain low to moderate humidity. If you have a refrigerator with high humidity, such as a walk-in, minimal storage time is recommended. Test your refrigerator with one flower to see how it responds.

Breakage:
Since sugar flowers are hand-made and of delicate nature, you may find minimal breakage. Although we package as efficiently as we can, there will always be potential for breakage. To fix a broken flower, mix a fresh batch of royal icing, and color it to match the flower, and finally join the broken points of the flower together and let them dry before arranging the flowers on the cake.

Storage:
Store sugar flowers in a cool, dry place.
