CANDY-FILLED GIFTS

Simple tin cookie cutters from Sugarcraft make great inexpensive gifts filled with favorite goodies. Great for birthday parties, wedding favors!

To make this treat, you will need:

Here's how To make them:
  • Draw around the cookie cutter onto the Shirt Board (available at Sugarcraft, Inc.).
  • Cut out the shape with an exacto knife.
  • Tape the shirtboard to the back of the cookie cutter.
  • Fill the cookie cutter with nuts or candies as desired.
  • Leaving treats flat, slide the cellophane bag around the cookie cutter and tie a ribbon bow around the open end of the bag.
TIP: I think I would also wrap the cutter with plastic wrap before placing in the bag. I think the candies are going to fall out otherwise. Dolores

One more idea
For a toddler's birthday, choose a cookie cutter in the shape of the child's age and fill with tiny treats.

Also try this...
To personalize guests' place settings, use alphabet-shaped cookie cutters to spell out names, wrapping each letter separately in plastic wrap.

Try... a heart cutter for wedding favors! Tie a bow with a ribbon of bride's chosen colors.
